The Northern Mindanao Consortium for Health Research and Development (NorMinCoHRD) held a ceremonial leadership turnover at the Department of Health Center for Health Development-Northern Mindanao(DOH CHD-NM). This marked the official transition of the Chairmanship and acceptance of the Key of Responsibility.
Dr. Sulpicio Henry M. Legaspi Jr., MPH, FPSMS, CESO IV, Director IV of DOH CHD-NM, is now the newly appointed chair of NorMinCoHRD.
During the ceremony, the new chair, along with outgoing chair Engr. Romela N. Ratilla, Regional Director of DOST X and now Vice Chair of NorMinCoHRD, discussed plans and activities for 2025. The ceremony was also attended by DOH staff and NorMinCoHRD staff, all gathered to witness this important milestone.
