The Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (PCHRD) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) invites you to be part of its Webinar Series on Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer. The fourth installment of the webinar series will be providing guidelines in securing a fairness opinion report (FOR). In this session, we will be discussing who are required to secure an FOR and how and where to secure an FOR.

Atty. Marion Ivy D. Decena, Co-chair of the technical working group on the DOST IP and Related Policies, will be joining us in this webinar as our resource speaker.
